Join Audubon VT Conservation Fellow Cassie Wolfanger for a webinar on our winter birds in Vermont. During the coldest months, our woodlands can be refuges, waterfowl concentrate on ice-free water, many backyard residents flock to feeders, and some irruptive guests occasionally come down from more northern habitats. Learn which birds species you’re mostly likely to see and hear in Vermont and the best places to find them. We’ll also discuss adaptations for survival in extreme cold and some actions you can take as landowners to provide habitat and resources during the harshest conditions of the year.
