The film team crisscrossed the globe and engaged diverse specialists to capture visual proof of what is now acknowledged as the largest global coral bleaching event in history. Vivid imagery and expert insight reveal the majestic ecosystem of coral reefs and their vital contributions to ocean health, human vitality, and environmental balance.

Directed by Jeff Orlowski (Chasing Ice, The Social Dilemma), Chasing Coral is both a celebration of our ocean’s beauty and an urgent wake-up call to citizens, scientists, businesses, and policymakers.
