Saturday, June 25 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Join Dave Small, the president of the Athol Bird and Nature Club, for an introduction to dragonfly watching. We will check a couple of different types of waterbodies – locally – for a variety of the species flying in late June. No experience is needed. Dave will walk everyone through how to identify what we find.

Bring footwear for wading in shallow water, a butterfly net (optional), binoculars, a camera, water, and a snack. Free and open to all. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
