“Farming While Black” Film Screening

November 15 @ 7:00 pm

The film chronicles Leah Penniman, cofounder of Soul Fire Farm in upstate New York, and two other Black farmers’ efforts to reclaim their agricultural heritage.

A conversation with Penniman and BIFF programmer Lillian Lennox will follow the screening. Tickets at biffma.org are free for REEL Friends of BIFF and $15 for the general public
