Family Bird Banding Field Trip

How do scientists study birds? Join Dr. Heather Williams of Williams College and Williamstown Rural Lands to find out in this hands-on experience for families! Become part of the process – help set mist nets to catch birds and then learn all about bird research with a live bird processing and banding demonstration. This free event is on June 8 from 10 – 11:30 a.m. at Kite Hill (end of Cluett Dr., Williamstown). Registration required, limited to 12 participants. Ages 7+ recommended.
