Environmental Justice Considerations for Development of Proposed PFAS NPDWR under SDWA

Public Meeting on Environmental Justice Considerations Related to Drinking Water Regulation for PFAS. EPA invites the public to participate in a virtual public meeting related to environmental justice and the development of the proposed Drinking Water Regulation (NPDWR) for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS). Registration is required. The sessions will be an opportunity for EPA to share information and for communities to offer input on environmental justice considerations related to the development of the proposed PFAS NPDWR. We encourage the public to share thoughts on addressing PFAS drinking water contamination issues in their communities.
If the meetings is full, please contact PFASNPDWR@epa.gov for other engagement opportunities. Registration will close 1 day prior (24 hours) to each meeting date (March 1, 2022, for the March 2, 2022 meeting and April 4, 2022, for the April 5, 2022 meeting).
During the meeting, EPA will hold time for those who request in advance of the meeting to provide brief verbal remarks and/or information. Individuals interested in speaking at either of the online public meetings are requested to indicate this as a part of their registration. Individuals are also invited to provide written input during the meetings.
