American Hiking Society’s National Trails Day

Join us on the American Hiking Society’s National Trails Day® , a celebration of America’s magnificent Trail System, held annually on the first Saturday in June.
Enjoy a stunning vista along a short segment of the Appalachian Trail , explore a backcountry campsite, on this moderate to strenuous 2.5-mile, 2.5-hour hike (moderate climbs). Please bring water, bug spray, and a snack. Wear sturdy shoes and appropriate hiking apparel. Hiking poles may be advisable.
Free for ages 12 and older. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
