- How does the construction of the Upland Disposal Facility affect the habitat?
- The construction and operation of the Upland Disposal Facility will not have significant permanent loss of habitat or displacement of wildlife. Furthermore, any disturbed areas, can, to extent practicable, be restored or enhanced. - Is there a list of Commercial PCB landfills? What about landfills at remediation sites?
- A list of commercial PCB landfills can be found at https://www.epa.gov/pcbs/list-approved-polychlorinated-biphenyl-pcb-commercial-storage-and-disposal-facilities and sort by approval type, then go to chemical waste landfills. There are 12 facilities listed for approved chemical waste landfills. Also note that some RCRA Hazardous Waste landfills may also accept PCB waste > 50 ppm.
