The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (MassDCR) Office of Dam Safety (ODS) and City of Pittsfield have partnered to design and permit removal of the Bel Air Dam (MA1061), located between Wahconah Street and Lenox Avenue in the City of Pittsfield.
The design elements, construction approach/schedule, and mitigation for potential traffic, water quality, and air quality concerns will be presented at the public meeting. After the meeting, the presentation will be available for viewing on DCR’s Past events for DCR Public Meetings Information web page.
