Join two former presidents of the Hoffmann Bird Club, Rene Wendell and Jonathan Pierce, for an early morning bird walk during the 15th Berkshire Biodiversity Day (aka Berkshire Bioblitz).

BCC’s campus spans 180+ acres and boasts a diverse range of habitats, including meadows, forests, and wetlands. This walk will involve walking outdoors on sloped terrain and may require walking on maintained trails with uneven terrain and raised tree roots and rocks.

LOCATION: Berkshire Community College, 1350 West St, Pittsfield, MA — Meet in the Koussevitzky Arts Center lobby, outside of K-111 Auditorium

This walk is one of many activities happening during this year’s Berkshire Biodiversity Day that’s taking place on September 13–14, from noon to noon, on the Berkshire Community College campus.
