Spring is in the air and the plants are coming alive once again, but not all plants are created equal. Our native habitats are under attack from a stealthy and aggressive enemy, invasive plant species.

Join Opal Raven in a discussion on identifying and eradicating invasive plant species, native alternatives, and how to turn noxious invaders into tasty snacks. We’ll be covering common invasives such as Oriental Bittersweet, Bishops Weed, Garlic Mustard, and Japanese Knotweed.

Suggested $5-10 donation to attend (all participants, regardless of donations, are welcome). All proceeds will be donated to BEAT, Berkshire Environmental Action Team, in support of their conservation efforts in our county.
