back to River Cleanups 2008

about 30 people standing around a huge pile of trash

More than 30 people met in the parking lot of Pine Cone Hill on Pecks Road in Pittsfield to haul trash out of the brook that runs near by. We had volunteers from Pine Cone Hill, Taconic High School, First Church of Christ, Berkshire Community College, the Housatonic River Museum, Housatonic Valley Associtaion, Mass Audubon, the City of Pittsfield, and more.
